Yu and Jin are the two-time world junior champions (2014-15), 2012 world junior silver medalists, 2016 Four Continents bronze medalists and 2015 Chinese champions ... Finished eighth at the 2010 World Junior Championships but had their placement removed because China was inadvertently given one too many entries at the competition ... Changed coaches prior to the 2013-14 season, moving from Bo Luan to Hongbo Zhao.
Yu started skating when she was 5 ... Likes mangas (Japanese comics) and studying the Japanese language.
Jin started skating when he was 5 ... Enjoys playing computer games and basketball.
