About

Bobrova and Soloviev are the 2013 European champions, 2013 world bronze medalists, four-time Russian champions (2011-14) and 2007 world junior champions.

Teamed up in 2000 ... Both started out as singles skaters in the same club ... When he was 9, Soloviev suffered a concussion when he was hit on the head by an iron hook; after six months off the ice, he decided to quit the sport, but Bobrova convinced him to come back ... Soloviev married former Russian singles skater Ekaterina Lobanova in 2006; their son was born in 2010 ... Switched coaches in the spring of 2012.
