Medaled internationally three years in a row and earned their first international gold at the 2010 Prague Cup ... Practice nine hours per week on ice, four hours individually and five hours off-ice.

Senior team was formed in 1993 ... Coaches are sisters and were both members of the Crystallettes ... Team supports Toys for Tots and Adopt-A-Family for Christmas ... Along with Chicago Jazz, the Crystallettes co-host a weekend clinic each summer to work on choreography and team building.
