IN MY WORDS

If I wasn't a figure skater ... I would be a runner or play tennis, because I like athletic sports.

I look up to ... Michelle Kwan. She has achieved so many honors and still competed while attending college.

My favorite thing about being a figure skater is ... feeling the wind when I push fast, performing in competition and training hard without sweating profusely.

My figure skating hero is ... Yu-Na Kim (Korea). She is able to compete well under pressure and combines grace with athleticism.

I manage my pre-skate jitters by ... jogging, wiggling my legs around and doing deep breathing exercises.

My favorite thing about performing is ... feeling the crowd getting pumped when I nail elements.

After I'm done skating, I want to ... work in a biology, chemistry and/or a health-related field.

My hobbies are ... reading, writing, working out, watching anime and playing with my cousin's dog Milo.

The best moment of my skating career thus far was ... competing and getting gold at my first international competition at 2010 JGP Czech Republic.

I always ... eat a banana before I skate.

Something most people don't know about me is ... that I have maintained straight As since elementary school.
